(1) The safety valve (setting up the deflation pressure to be 1.6MPa) and the deflation valve (the manually deflation is available when the pressure is too high,
not usually being used) are installed at the front of the cylinder.
(2) The standstill locking pin, drive pin and pressure gauge are installed at the end of the cylinder.
(3) The teflon gland bush is installed in the charging cover.
(4) All the pins have been gone through heat treatment.
(5) The exhaust blaze and smoke air hole, automatic positioning pin and axletree are installed at the front, center and end of the outer cover respectively;
the high temperature grease has been injected into it before leaving the factory.
(6) The dumping gear is worm and worm gear.
(7) The whole stander is locked by the spring so as to avoid shock, and the wooden base is installed in the bottom.
(8) The fire tray is installed in the bottom of the cylinder.
Special attention: check whether the lubricant is sufficient in the reduction gear which connects with the engine before starting the machine,
add right amount of engine oil if it is not sufficient, and add that one times every month in future. See the engine inspections for detailed information.
