2. Delivery Condition:
1). Forged + Annealed + Machining (Peeled/Turned)
2). Annealed Hardness: HB≤235
3). Quenching Hardness: HRC = 28~35
3. General
Good mechanical property & quenching, make surface have equal hardness after deal with it. Nice polishing and low roughness; normally, make the heat-treatment to harden condition before used; It can be used directly after the mould machined; deal with suface induration necessity

Because of their high hardness when they were finished, their polishing, wear-resistance, tensile strength and compressive strength are more better. This kind of steel is applied to the mould of high polishing and high demand and the plastic of PA, POM, PS, PE, PP, ABS.
