A Roller is a crucial part of slow speed granulators for quality cut. Mostly these knives are used at the plastic injection at the press where the by-product of the injection is grained for further use.

The mostly used material for rollers is 1.2379 which turned out as the most durable for these kind of knives.The Rollers are hardened in a vacuum furnace which enables to achieve the best characteristics.

A:We provide free samples to every customer ,
But,we need to freight collect .Or freight prepaid.

Q2:How long it will be to get samples?
A:For stocked blades,It only 1 day for sending you sample .
For customized blade drawing,it may be within 15-25 days samples.

Q3:What is the delivery time if i place my order ?
A:It depends on the complexity of the Blade ,or The quantity you ordered .
If It is our standard project ,We will only need 5-7 working days to send out your goods.
If your have an urgent deadline ,we'll see what we can do .

Q4:Can I Put My Logo On The Product?
A:Yes ,You can .
Your Logo Can Be Put On the Product By Mould Punching ,Laser Making ,Silk-Screen etc.
