Q: How to get the sample?
A: Sure, we do provide samples to our clients.
If the sample is parts, the sample fee is defrayed by us and the expense of delivery is charged to the Customer.
If the sample is the machine or assembly, the Customer pays for the sample fee based on the FOB and burden the delivery cost.
For a small amount, clients won’t need to pay for the sample in advance. The amount will be added to the new orders and pay together from the Clients. Simply provide your air courier account number or other details, for example, GDA, TNT, DHL, UPS, FedEx, and we will arrange the sample sending ASAP.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: By T/T in Advance.
Q: What is the lead time after placing the order?
A: Normally, it takes about 40 days after receiving your confirmation. However, it would depend on our production line schedule and the complexity of the item.
Q: What is the delivery term for making business?
A: In general, we send the shipment in FOB term. However, the terms of CIF and C&F are acceptable which depends on the preference of the client.
