JIN TAY INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. was established in 1980 and locates at Taipei Hsien in Taiwan. The second factory was built in 1992 and located in Dong Guan city of Guan Dong Province in China. In 2002, we extended and moved to new factory, LEADTECH Metal Manufacturing (Dong Guan) Co., Ltd. which occupies 24,000 square meters (258,000 square ft.) of factory and dormitory floor space, currently employing 1,000 employees.



Jin Tay group specializes in development, manufacturing, marketing and service of various locks and hardware. We produce various hardware and hundreds of different kind of cam locks; switch locks; security locks for 3C product; cabinet and box locks; suitcase locks; glass door locks; steering wheel locks; push-button door locks and card locks. The quality of our products is superior with unique design to satisfy or exceed our customers’ requirements for exporting to the USA, Japan, Europe and Southeast Asia markets as well as China market.

We have completed QA instruments and consummate ISO9001 quality system. Controlling all product quality from establishing inspection data, Incoming Inspections (IQC), In-Process Inspection (IPQC), Final Inspection (FQC), Dock Auditing Analyzing quality issues and providing Correction Action Plans to ensure product quality level is maintained and excelled. And also is accordance complying with RoHS, UL standard or any special demands from customers.



Die Casting

Die casting machines include 200 tons - 8 tons for Zinc alloy and 650 - 250 tons for Aluminum alloy, smelt furnaces and automatic feeding equipments with operators in various die casting parts. 



Be equipped with mechanical presses with the capacity of 200 tons - 3 tons, bender, adequate coil feeders and straighter with operators and technicians. The capable of producing parts are brass, steel and stainless steel.


Injection Molding

Including 200 tons - 50 tons horizontal machines and 50 tons (2-3 oz) vertical injection molding machines. Being capable of producing parts in PP, ABS, PU, POM, Nylon, various combinations with fiber, UV resistance additives and color matching.



Technicians operating for mills, drillers, lathes, tapping machines, welding are upon request.


Deburring and Polishing

Deburring equipment such as part washers, vibratory deburring machines, shot peening machines, sand blasting machines and dual head polishing.



The capable of painting on various substrates are such as steel, zinc and plastic with color matching and meeting the highest quality inspection level.



The modern assembly lines equipped with specialized equipment and fixtures together with the skilled, well trained, assembler and on line inspectors as well as technicians ensure error free assembly and proper functions of the product with highest quality level achieve
