A: We are the manufacture .export :NINGBO (Zhejiang provice)

A: Yes you can if you'd like to pay the sample charge. Usually sample will cost much for factory as you know. Of course, the extra sample charge will be refuned to you in your following orders.

A: Normally if we have stock of material, such as rattan and aluminum, it will be finished in 5-8 days.
If customized rattan color or texture is required, and model is special, it will be about 20-25 days.

A: The default rattan warranty is 1 years. If you need a customization on the warranty. we can make 2 years as per your requirements.
