Return Policy For Accessories
If you are not satisfied with your accessory purchase, your item may be returned within 30 days from the shipping date. All accessory returns must include.
All original boxes and packing materials provide by manufacturer
Contain the original UPC codes if available
All cords and accessories
All manufacturer documentation
If any return shipment does not contain all of these items or if the items is damaged, your exchange or return request may be denied, or the customer will be subject to a repackaging fee up to the value of the item, and to be determined on a case by case basis.
Brand New/Unopened Accessory- All unopened accessories can be returned within 30 days of ship date for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. For orders that came with free shipping, a $26.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your total credit. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customers.
Used/Opened Accessory- All opened accessories can be returned within 30 days of ship date for a refund or exchange. For refunds, opened accessories are subject to a 15% processing fee. This amount will be deducted from your credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer.
Damaged Accessory- If you product arrives damaged, save everything that arrived and contact Libower customer service department immediately to begin the process of an exchange.
Defective Accessory Outside of 30-Day Return Policy- All accessories that become defective after the 30-day return policy will need to be returned directly to the product manufacturer. Warranty periods will vary depending on the product manufacturer. If you require additional information on a warranty period for your product, please call our Customer Service line.
Return Shipping- The customer is responsible for shipping cost for return to Shenzhen Lipower Power Supply Co., Ltd shipments from customers will be accepted. Libower will also not incur the cost of any express shipping. We encourage all of our customer to insure their return package in the case that it is lost or damaged. Return shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstance.
