         2.  Every set machine go for a 72 hours running-in / warm-up before sampling / shipping.

         3.  Field inspection during training and as per Specification listed in PI / Sales Contract.                  

         4.  Guarantee: 18 Month ( Since Shipping day ), and Servo Motor for 30 Months

 Part--2:  Service consist of A+B as following: 

    A.    Provide 7--10 days our factory workshop free training as contents below:  

          1.  How to make Wire Decoiler installed and power /signal cables connected.

          2.  How to make Wire feeding-In

          3.  Machine setup and adjusting, machine using, vary sized tools changing,  

          4.  Sampling / sampling making.

          5.  Guideline and discipline for check and settle errors

          6.  How to identify the signal lighting of servo motor, power source and screen.

     7.  How to make the machine Lubricated periodically              

         8.  Guideline and principles for the safety and maintenance

         9.  Tips, Programing, Speed, Program Optimize,  

         10.  Or, Draft a training list as buyer’s desire or style, then go for it.

      B.   After sales service as below:

        1.  Most minor errors and misuse can be avoided or settled by user’s technician as over above training.  

           2.  Big problem can be removed by video calling, tell within 2-5 times within 2 days.

              3.  Major problem or error can be settled by seller’s Local  Sources / Agent,

                        and repair or service cost payer to be specified in the check / service /repair report.

                    4. Critical problem or error can be settled by our direct service ( fly to ),

                          and cost and payer of repairing or service will be discussed and wrote in them report.
