Fluidized Flash Dryer
Our flash dryer is developed based on latest European technology.the dryer has compact structure,optimized design, high performance,high output rate and energy-efficiency.it comes with breaking device installed inside to break filter cakes, then fast heat exchange with high speed hot gas in fluidized state. the material to be dried can in the form of filter cakes, paste,slurry,wet powders, etc..
Working principle:
The wet material is fed through customised feeding device into the scattering and drying chamber of the dryer's main body. The rotating pedals break up the wet material into fine particles and the fine particles are fluidised in the drying chamber by high speed hot gas from the heating system. the drying process will be completed in few seconds due to effective heat exchange and fast evaporation in fluidized state.

Various feeding devices are available to deal with different materials,continous and uniform feeding without disruption.
unique cooling system installed at the bottom of drying chamber to avoid overheating at bottom zone and affecting product quality.
Unique sealing and cooling system to extend service life of bearing.
classifying rings and cyclone installed in drying chamber to adjust output moisture content and particle sizes(eg.output moisture of CaCO3 can be less than 0.1%)
Compared to other direct drying technologies, the flash dryer requires up to 50% less space.

Applications:
1. Inorganic materials: boric acid, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, ferric oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, metal hydroxide, heavy metallic salt and compound cryolite.
2. Organic materials: atrazine, lauric acid, benzoic acid, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate
3. Ceramics: kaolin, silica and calay
4. Dyes: anthraquinone, black iron oxide, butyrate, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, azo dyes
5. Food: soy protein, gelatinized starch, vinasse, triticin, wheat starch
6. Pharmaceuticals: analgin (The first domestic application of flash dryer)
