1) What’s your delivery time?
Our delivery lead time is 3-7 working days after full payment or deposit received.
2) What’s your payment method?
Payment method is T/T (Wire Transfer) and Western Union.
3) How to order a machine from you?
After you confirm the order details, we will send you Proforma Invoice for confirmation. Production will be arranged upon received payment. The shipping documents will be dispatched around one week after departure.
4) If I have some technical problem, how can you help us to solve it?
Detailed description, photos or video will help our technician analyze the problem and give solution accordingly.
5) If there is a spare part need to replace, what can I do?
We supply all the spare parts for our printer. If any part is broken, we will fix it or send you new parts after users send back the broken ones. We suggest that customers order some spare parts package for long time maintenance and fast replacement.
6) How much taxes should we pay?
Please contact your local Customs or import agent for details. Thanks.
7) Can we send our technician to your factory for training?
of course, you are warmly welcome to visit us for free training.
8) Can we to be your exclusive distributor of your machines?
We look forward to your close cooperation. After you order first machine and be capable of offering after service, then we can start to talk about distribution relationship. Thank you.
9) How about Warranty?
One year warranty for our machines, except for print head. During warranty period, we will send free parts for replacement while broken parts should be sent back.
