1. Brief introduction of dough kneader

2. Working priciple of dough kneader
1.Stirring and Mixing : First put the flour into the barrel and mix it with 50% water. Mix it for about 5 minutes. If the dough turns with the stirring dragon, sprinkle some dry flour to eliminate it. When the machine works normally, the steering of the mixer must be consistent with the arrow on the belt guard.
2. Picking-up: After the dough is ready, cut the power supply, open the cover, pull out the plug, turn the bucket 90 degrees, insert the plug fixed bucket, and take the surface. If the dough is too large, the dough can be cut into pieces by knife.
