POWERMAX Waste Gasification Power Generation Equipment is developed and researched independently by POWERMAX, is a high-efficient waste fixed bed gasifier that improves twin-fire fixed bed gasifier to research and develop twin-fire(RDF) fixed bed gasifier. POWERMAX Waste Gasification Power Generation Technology includes three steps. The first step is RDF gasification, which converts processed RDF into combustible syngas. The second step is gas purification. The gas has impurities through gasification, including ash, charcoal, tar, which should be removed with purification system in order to ensure the operation of gas power generator. The byproduct after gas purification is biomass vinegar, which can be made into foliar fertilizer, deodorant, etc, after concentration. The third step is gas power generation or heat supply, which use gas generators for electricity generation or use boilers or steam turbine for heat supply, and the high temperature exhaust produced by the gas generator can be recovered to get steam or hot water for residential or industrial use. POWERMAX Waste Gasification Power Generation System can also be applied to process sludge fuel, animal manure, crushed waste tires, etc.
