FiberPasta Flour is a low glycemic index and high fibre wheat fibre mix suitable for making bakery products and fresh pasta. It contains 15% fibre, that means more than twice the fibre than whole-wheat flour. Even though it contains a very high amount of fibre, FiberPasta flour has the same white colour and texture as the traditional Italian flour.
