♦ 150 w/㎡ heating mats are suitable as a primary heating source providing you have adequate insulation. These are our most commonly used mats for kitchens, dining rooms, large bathrooms and most other areas with tiled floors.

Underfloor heater electric heating mat can produce different power as customized, easy installation and durable, no need to maintain it. One cold line that connects hot line is about 4 m, the annular shape of cable can create max comfort for room. It can be used for different flooring, such as tile, stone, marble etc.
Notice! Please make sure the cold lead is at least 10 cm away from the heating cable, otherwise, it will be damaged from high temperature.
1. Underfloor heater electric heating mat could be easily adapted and shaped to fit your all room, no matter your room is square or other shapes, but please remember: Do not cut the heating wire!
2. Underfloor heater electric heating mat can be turned at walls by cutting the mesh and rotating the roll. The mat can continue to be rolled out making sure to maintain a 50 mm gap between. The heating mat must be guided around fixed objects such as toilets, basins, cupboards etc. For gaps where a 500 mm mat cannot be fitted (or around fixed obstacles), remove and discard the mesh backing from the cable and lay the cable maintaining a spacing not less than 50 mm apart between centers.

Important: measure the resistance four times during the installation process
Remember to always measure, verify and record the actual resistance throughout the installation process (out of the box, after installation, after thin set cement or self-leveler application and after installation of floor tiles).

Design the Installation
Step 1: Measure the heated area
Determine the heated area of the floor where there are no permanent fixtures or furniture such as showers, toilets, vanities, or cabinets. Measure the heated area of the floor.
For example, in Figure 3, the area of the bathroom is 8.75 m2. When you subtract the area of the vanity, shower and toilet, the total heated area is only 6.45 m2.
Step 2: Determine the power supply voltage
Make sure the supply voltage was 230 V.
Step 3: Plan the design
Determine the optimum floor heating mat layout for your heated area to ensure coverage. Select a spot for the thermostat in the wall above the heated area where it can be reached by the 2.5 m cold lead on the Heating mat, and the 3.0 m floor temperature sensor. Please refer to Figure 4.
