Scope of Application:

Biological safety cabinet is a kind of negative pressure device widely used in microbiology, biomedicine, gene recombination, animal experiments, biological products, other fields of scientific research, teaching and clinical examination. It adopts the advanced air purification technology and vacuum box design to protect the environment, people and samples, which is the basic laboratory bio-safety protection equipment used in laboratories with level-one of bio-safety . When air outlet is connected with outside, this equipment can also be applied for biology experiments with trace volatile toxic chemicals and limited radionuclides as additives.

 

Structure Characteristics:

•Composed of safety box, framework, fan, high efficiency air filter and control system.

•Material: Safety box is made of high qualified cold-rolled plate and workroom is made of SUS 304 stainless steel.

•Air outlet is bilayer structure between workroom and outer shell.

•Air circulating system made of imported fan, high efficiency filter, negative pressure systemair passage and exhaust pipe.

•Microprocessor control system.

A2: Built-in centrifugal fan, mixed air from the room and the cabinet go through the static pressure box, about 30% of the mixed air is exhausted from the high efficiency filter and other 70% is recycled in the work room from down flow filter

B2: Air inhalation from the top of the cabinet, air go through the high efficiency filter from the static pressure box to the work room by the centrifugal fan, the down flow air along with the air inhaled from the operation room is 100% exhausted to the outdoor space through outer air duct and high efficiency air filter by central exhaust system or external exhaust fan
