1. Q: How to get a sample?
A: After inquiry and confirmation with us, you can place sample orders online or request samples directly offline, we will send stock samples if available, or produce developed samples based on your artworks.

2. Q: What's the sample time?
A: For stock samples, 3 days, and 5-7days for developed new samples.

3. Q: What's the production lead time?
A: Normally 15-20 days, based on different technique and quantity. If you have strict delivery time request, pls check and confirm during each inquiry.

4. Q: What is your Minimum order quantity ?
A: For fabric, 500 meter/color; For ready made curtains, 100pcs/color for each style. For stock styles, pls check with our sales service for more details.

5. Q: How to make the payment?
A: We accept T/T, Paypal, Visa e-Checking, Credit Card,Western Union,Alibaba trade assurance or L/C. Full payment for sample fee, and 30% deposit with 70% balance payment against copy of B/L for bulk orders.
