Q1: How can I have samples? A: Our samples are ready to ship, and you can order samples directly from the page. Please send us your address to check the shipping cost and make the payment link. Sample cost is refundable in next formal order.
Q2: Can I customize my Logo and package? A: Yes, we do OEM service. Logo and Package can be customized with your detailed drawings or samples.

Q4: What’s your Minimum order quantity(MOQ)? A: Our MOQ is very low for items in our own brands: 50pcs. For customizing, MOQ varies from 100-1000pcs.

Q7: what's the shipment and delivery time? A: It depends on the the order. For items at stock we arrange shipment in 2 days. For customization items, its delivery time varies from 10-40 days. Generally, the shipment time is 3-10 working days by air and 20-50 days by sea.
