Made of Authentic Maple Syrup Regular Granulated Maple Sugar, 15kg

Organic and Non-organic
Natural, free of additives, preservatives and artificial flavours our Canadian granulated maple sugar has a sweet, unique, complex taste. Made from 100% pure first quality maple syrup, our maple sugar adds a sophisticated touch to all your recipes and is a healthy alternative to white sugar with a distinct taste.

In spring when the weather is warmer, the maple trees release water that contains a high concentration of sugar, which is commonly called sap. The sap is collected tree by tree and boiled to 219 Fahrenheit until the water is evaporated, leaving a perfectly authentic and flavorful maple syrup. About 40 gallons of sap are needed to make 1 gallon of this delicious nectar that is maple syrup. We obtain granulated maple sugar by heating maple syrup above the boiling point.

This is a great product to bake deserts or to add a little sugar touch.

The organic granulated maple sugar is made from syrup that was produced while protecting the environment, minimizing ground erosion, reducing emissions and maintaining biological diversity within the ecosystem. By being attentive to the methods used at every step of the transformation to produce that syrup we ensure that the quality and durability of the environment are preserved. The entire process must also maintain the same standards in regards to the rich taste of our syrup and the quality of our product that distinguishes us from our competition.

About Us

About-Us.jpg

Maple syrup is more than a tradition, it is a real passion. Our love for the syrup is at the heart of what we do. In 1995, we bought our first sugar bush in Témiscouata, Québec, it was the beginning of a beautiful adventure characterized by the acquisition of several sugar bushes.

In 1998, we created ‘Sirop de l’Est’ a division that managed distribution and exportation of bulk maple products, selling several million pounds of maple syrup each year since.

We rely on more than 350 exceptional producers to offer high quality maple syrup. We want to share the enthusiasm and excitement that Canadians have for maple syrup with the world by being able to produce and export it for others to enjoy.
