Dolcetto d'Alba doc

  • Grape variety: Dolcetto
  • Vinification: in stainless steel tanks at 26 -28°C for 8 – 10 days
  • Ageing: In steel and concrete for 8-9 months before bottling
  • Colour: deep ruby red wine with violet highlights.
  • Bouquet: vinous, aromatic, fresh with notes of cherry, violet, plum, cassis and blackberry jam.
  • Pairing: characteristic dishes, cheeses, roast sausage, pizza, grilled steaks, grilled vegetables, fresh tuna steaks.
  • Serving temperature: 15-17°C
  • Alcohol %: 13– 13.5

Barbera d'Alba doc

  • Grape variety: Barbera d’Alba
  • Vinification: in oak barrels at 28 – 30°C for 15 – 18 days
  • Ageing: from 8 to 10 months in Slavonian oak barrels.
  • Colour: deep purplish red with shades of black.
  • Bouquet: blackberry, cassis, plum, black pepper, tobacco, vanilla, chocolate and cherry.
  • Pairing: characteristic dishes, cheeses, roast sausage, pizza, grilled steaks, grilled vegetables, fresh tuna steaks.
  • Serving temperature: 15-17°C

Langhe Rosso doc

  • Grape variety: Grape varieties from Langhe area
  • Vinification: The grapes spend 12-15 days macerated in the barrels at about 28°C.
    Then they are moved to different 25 hl wooden barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place
  • Colour: deep purplish red with shades of black.
  • Bouquet: blackberry, cassis, plum, black pepper, tobacco, vanilla, chocolate and cherry.
  • Pairing: characteristic dishes, cheeses, roast sausage, pizza, grilled steaks, grilled vegetables, fresh tuna steaks.
  • Serving temperature: 15-17°C

Nebbiolo d'Alba doc

  • Grape variety: Nebbiolo
  • Vinification: in stainless steel tanks at 28°C for 20 days
  • Ageing: in Slavonian oak barrels for 6-7 months.
  • Colour: ruby red with subtle orange highlights.
  • Bouquet: violet, cherry, raspberry, strawberry and spices
  • Pairing: medium-mature cheeses, roasts, game, duck, roast tomatoes and mushroom dishes.
  • Serving temperature: 18-20°C

  • Grape variety: Nebbiolo

  • Bouquet: brushwood, white truffle, goudron, liquorice, spices, coffee and cigar boxes
  • Pairing: mature cheeses, grilled red meats, game, mushroom dishes, international cuisine.
  • Serving temperature: 20-22°C

  • Grape variety: Langhe Arneis
  • Vinification: in stainless steel tanks at 16-17°C for 10 days
  • Ageing: In steel for 6-7 months
  • Colour: bright straw yellow coloured wine with greenish or golden highlights.
  • Bouquet: broom flowers, chamomile, peach, melon, pineapple and green apple
  • Pairing: pasta, any fish meal, mixed salads, white meats, shellfish, aperitifs.
  • Serving temperature: 10°C
  • Alcohol %: 13–13.5

Moscato d'Asti docg

  • Grape variety: Moscato Bianco
  • Vinification: cold maceration at 3-4°C for 24 hours – Fermentation at 8-10°C for about one month.
  • Ageing: In steel for 3 months
  • Colour: golden yellow with brilliant greenish highlights.
  • Bouquet: acacia flowers, sage, each, orange and lemon
  • Pairing:  fruit, patisserie and all kinds of desserts, medium-mature cheeses.
  • Serving temperature:  8-10°C

Spumante Brut Cuvée Prestige

  • Grape variety: blend of Piedmontese grapes made sparkling with the Charmat method
  • Colour: pale straw yellow.
  • Bouquet: floral, with hints of bread crust
  • Pairing:  pasta, any fish meal, mixed salads, white meats, shellfish, aperitifs.
  • Serving temperature:  5 - 6°C
  • Alcohol %: 11–11.5

  • Sparkling wine made with second fermentation in the bottle of a cuvee comprised of 80% Pinot noir vinified off skins and 20% Chardonnay. We add our own combination of selected yeasts, which are of great importance to the quality of sparkling wine, along with blue cane sugar from Martinique, dosed perfectly to trigger bottle fermentation, or prise de mouss

  • Marc: Nebbiolo used for Barbaresco and Barolo
  • Ageing: 48 months in tonneaux and barriques of cherry and acacia wood
  • Tasting notes: careful and attentive distilling maintains all the character and structure of this great grape variety.
    Palate: smooth, velvety and spicy, with subtle scents of noble wood. Its evident and intense aromas give this grappa a great personality
  • Serving temperature:  20-22°C
  • Alcohol %: 42
  • Bottle: prestigious nocturne bottle rum-type, 70 cl. with customised box

Three generations, one passion

Our company is located in the "Langhe" area in Piedmont region, Italy, where climate conditions are very favorable for cultivation of grapes and production of of quality wines. 
The estate was established in 1920 and began by vinifying small batches of grapes from certain areas of particular prestige in the municipalities of Neive and Barbaresco. Still today, after one century, we are a family owned company with main focus on quality.
