 Tungsten carbide ball use in applications as flowmeters:

 

High hardness and wear resistant qualities of cemented tungsten carbide balls, along with the ability to withstand shock make tungsten carbide an excellent material to consider for use in applications as flowmeters, paint sprayers, bearings, pumps, ballpoint pens and many other instruments.

Application : 1) The typical applications of Tungsten Carbide Cobalt Binder (YG) Balls are valves, flowmeters,  and linear bearings. Balls from this material are also used for ballizing, gauging and ball pens.
2) Valves, Pumps, Ball Screws, Measurement Standards, Gauging, Wear Parts.
The application range is wide, such as: precision parts punching stretching, precision bearings, instruments, meters, pens, spraying machine, water pump, machinery fittings, valve, brake pump, extruding hole, oil field, laboratory, hydrochloric acid hardness measuring instrument, fishing gear, weight, decoration, finishing high-tech industry.

 

Specification: The size of range is available from 3/32" to 2" inches, the tolerance grade is divided into G10, G25, G48, G50, G100 and so on. The available grades and sizes are shown in the below table.
