Belt Conveyor Type Automatic Sandblasting Machine
Conveyor blast machine is designed for automatic sandblasting flat shape workparts, such as mobile shell, glass plate, steel plate, computer motherboard, baking tray, etc. The belt automatically and continuously transports the parts at the same time the automatic blast gun working for surface treatment, achieving high production efficiency and great application quality.
Automatic Blasting Gun Group
The quantity of blasting gun is customized as requirement, such as 6pcs, 8pcs, 12pcs. Each blast gun is individually controlled.
The swinging angle, and distance between the blasting gun and parts can be adjusted in a optimal position for best finish quality.

Continuous Belt Conveyor
The conveyor is controlled by frequency converter, whose speed can be steplessly regulated by the inverter within the range of 0 ~ 2m/min.
Actual speed can be set depending on the blasting requirements, whose flexibility ensure the optimal finishing result.
