Description of automatic toroidal winding machine(SS900B6 series):
The SS900B6 digital automatic toroid winding machine adopts CNC toroid controller, it is belt type winding shuttle.
belt type is used for the thick copper wire winding. It's an accurately and reliability digital toroid-winding machine.

toroid chock coil, power inductors, power magnetics, UPS inductor, converter inductors, watter metter sensors,

Features of automatic toroidal winding machine(SS900B6 series):
1. Collocate belt type winding head, interchangeable roller table with different size shuttle(magazine) for different toroid coil demensions, wire size, so that to reduce the cost.
2. Hi-tech shuttle for highest efficiency.
3. Separate speed controls for wire loading and winding.
4. Accurately count length of loading wire by length sensor, the wire length sensor be integrated in the winding motor.
5. Accurately count turns of winding by high frequency response photo-electricity sensor.
6. Programmable winding direction, winding returns range (turns or angle) and segment winding angle.
7. Accurately wire spacing by programmable controller.
8. Memory capacity accommodates 999 sequences of parameters with off-power memory retention.
