Ceramic fiber cloth: Hitex brand ceramic Fiber Cloth a woven fabric made of our high quality ceramic fiber yarns. The cloth is reinforced with fiberglass filament, or stainless steel wire (Inconel/alloy steel wire).
It can be used in condition of high temperature up to1000° C normally and short working temperature even could reached 1260°C. What’s more, it has good resistance to acid corrosion, resistant aluminum,
zinc and other molten metal erosion.
Ceramic fiber tape: Hitex brand ceramic Fiber tape is woven from ceramic fiber yarns, and treated for dust
control. The tape is an excellent heat insulating material and a substitute for asbestos tape. The tape is
reinforced with fiberglass filament, or stainless steel wire (Inconel/alloy steel wire).
Ceramic fiber rope: Hitex brand ceramic Fiber rope includes three styles: twisted, round braided and
square braided which are made of our high quality ceramic fiber yarns. They can be used for high
temperature applications up to 1000° C. The rope is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional
stainless steel wire. It contains a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower
temperature and does not affect the insulation property.
Ceramic fiber blanket: Hitex brand ceramic Fiber blanket is made through intensive needle-punching
processing. The product does not contain any bond or other compositions,and also no slag
inclusion content. The intensive needle-punching technics improved the fiber intertexture
and the resistance performance against delamination as well as the tensile strength.It have a good high temperature shrinkage after the heat treatment of 750-950 during the producing.
Beside the charicteriatics in common,it have better sound insulation performance and mechanism strength,
is easy to machining and install.
Ceramic fiber board: Hitex brand ceramic Fiber board is produced with different alumina-silica fibers
for applications at temperatures up to 1200 ºC by vacuum formed technology. With a characteristics of hard,
excellent strength ,light weight and easy to handle.It is ideal material for furnace ,boiler duct ,stack lining
and other heat equipments.
Ceramic fiber wool: Hitex brand ceramic Fiber board wool is manufactured from high purity raw materials:
alumina powder, silica sand for the high temperature grades and zircon sand is also used. The ceramic
mixture is heated in an electric furnace to temperatures in excess of 2000C and the stream of molten material
is drawn into fibers by either spinning or blowing.
