Brand: Hatsudashino-aji
A miso-style seasoning that tastes soup stock. You can easily make delicious miso soup with plenty of soup stock by pouring hot water over a tablespoon. It can be widely used for stir-fried vegetables, hot pot flavor base, spicy sauce, simmered dishes, udon soup, etc.

How to use
Simply put a spoonful in a cup and pour hot water into it to make authentic miso soup.
You can drink it as it is, or you can enjoy it with various ingredients.




Product: Katsuodashimiso
Using carefully selected bonito flakes based on rice miso and original fermented ingredients made by fermenting soy sauce koji, we have created a unique "bonito dashi".




Product: Awasedashimiso
The original bonito fermented seasoning and carefully selected kelp extract are combined with aged red miso and gorgeous white miso to create a rich soup stock.

Product: Bosyu-Dashitsukushimiso
A blend of three types of fresh bonito and mackerel landed off the coast of Boshu (southern Chiba prefecture) and bonito's specialty soup stock. The elegant flavor of "Boso Dashi Miso" is finished without adding chemical seasonings.




Product: Agodashimiso
We use "Ago Dashi" which is powdered by carefully removing the head, middle bones and internal organs of the fresh flying fish in the sea near the island of Okinoshima, Shimane Prefecture. Our own product is characterized by its elegant aroma and slight taste.
It is a refreshing "Ago Dashi Miso" with a good flavor combined with the pride of miso.




Product: Irikodashimiso
Anchovy (commonly known as Iriko) raised in the calm waters of the Seto Inland Sea. The "Iriko Dashi" used in this product is carefully selected from small sardines to small sardines with little fishy odor. It is packed with the original light flavor and nutrition of sardines.




Product: Shakebushi-Konbudashimiso
"Salmon Bushi" from Shibetsu, Hokkaido, made by the hand volcano manufacturing method, and the mellow taste of kelp from Hidaka, Hokkaido are rubbed into the miso that the brewery is proud of. It has plenty of gentle richness peculiar to salmon.
