Yeast-rich foods can provide proteins and B vitamins. It is essential in keeping the digestive system healthy and in balance since yeast is present in the bacteria in your gut. The body gets help from yeast in absorbing vitamins and minerals that are found in food.



What’s the difference between Low Sugar and High Sugar instant dry yeast?
As to the yeast itself, it does not include any sugar inside.
Low sugar and high sugar is mainly directed against the sugar percent of bread making, if you make sugar free or low sugar ( sugar percent 0-7%), you need to use instant dry yeast (low sugar), if you make heavy sugar or heavy oil bread ( sugar percent 7%-25%, oil percent below 20%),, you need to use instant dry yeast (high sugar).

Usage:
Suitable for making salty bread (low sugar) and sweet bread (high sugar). 
Dosage:
0.8-1.2% for bakery bread. 0.3-0.5% for others.
Storage:
Store in Cool & Dry Places.  Once opening,  the yeast should be stored in the refrigerator. You can store yeast in the freezer, which will pause its activity and prolong its shelf life. Just be sure to place it in a well-sealed container before freezing. 
Shelf Life:
24 months from the date of production

How to Use
Mixing the yeast into flour, add water, and stir well. Or, knead with the paste as dough for fermenting.
Control the water temperature and the fermenting temperature at 35~38℃.
Avoid directly adding the bread yeast into oil or cold water.


High Sugar Yeast
For making bread with heavy sugar or heavy oil ( sugar percent 7%-25%, oil percent below 20%), Please use instant dry yeast (high sugar).
Low Sugar Yeast
Low Sugar Instant Dry Yeast is used in making sugar free or low sugar (sugar percent 0-7%) bread.

How to use Yeast?
1. Just mixed the yeast with flour, sugar, salt, warm water, knead the dough until it smooth and left the dough to rise to double in size.
2. Then shape the dough into loaves and baking. Be careful for the warm water temperature should be kept at 35° –38° C. To hot the water, the yeast cell will die and dough cannot rise.
3. A longer rising time gives a better flavor, but the yeast can fail to raise the bread in the final stages if it is left for too long initially. It may take 40-60 minutes (the fermentation time is changeable at different indoor temperature). When small holes appear in the dough, the dough can be molded. 5-10 minutes later, put the shaped dough into oven.
