Material

4 layer in all for both sizes:

Hand Wash

* Remove your used pad.
* Put it in the sink and turn on the cold water.
* Rinse it and squeeze it gently until the blood is removed or the water is running clear.
* Rub some liquid soap over the pad, gently knead the pads (like you're kneading bread).
* Rinse thoroughly then gently squeeze out the water.
* Hang to dry.

Machine Wash

* Remove your used pad.
* Put it in the sink and turn on the cold water.
* Rinse it and squeeze it gently until the blood is removed or the water is running clear.
* You can apply some liquid soap on the pad to help get the blood out.
* Hang to dry until wash day.
* Wash pads in the washing machine with your other laundry. Laundry net is highly recommended.
