Pleurotus mushroom substrate (phase2)
Pasteurized and spawned substrate for the production of Pleurotus spp. mushrooms.
- Blocks 20x35x40 (20 kg ca. per block)
The initial step is the mixing of the raw materials as specified in paragraph 5. This step is followed by a totally indoor
fermentation phase of five days, and by another five days during which the substrate is pasteurized (any potential pathogen is eliminated) and then conditioned (the temperature is maintained constant in order to promote the proliferation of mesophilic organisms that improve the organoleptic qualities of the product). Finally, the substrate is inoculated using the Pleurotus Mycelium and immediately packed in blocks, ready for the sales.
