A: Yes, we are able to offer OEM &ODM service, but please provide us registration certification in advance.
Q2: Can I make a small order to test market response?
A: Yes you can choose our stock products with our own brand to test the market.
Q3: Can you send samples before we place order?
A: Yes, we can send samples as requested and sample fee can be refunded when you place order. Freight has to be paid by your side.
Q4: How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection for each production process and also have finished product inspection.

Q8: How about import custom fee?
A: Kindly note that all import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price. These charges shall be paid by customers. Kindly check with custom in your country to find out all related cost. If goods were returned or destroyed due to the failure of custom-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers.
Q9:Can you produce according to the our samples?
A: Yes, we can develop formula according to your sample and make production accordingly.
Q10: What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept TT and credit card. Payment terms is 50% deposit and balance before shipment.
Q11: What is your lead time?
A: Lead time is about 45-60 days upon confirmation of samples and receipt of deposit. Specific lead time depends on items and quantity of your order.
Q12: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally goods were packed in 5 layers export carton. We can also pack according to your requirement.
Q13: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept EXW, FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient and cost effective for you.
Q14: What can we do if we find quality or quantity problem upon receipt of goods?
A:Please send us photos and video evidence. We will make satisfactory solution within 24 hours upon confirmation of the problems.
