A) Plastering works:

In order to ensure the quality of the plastering project and avoid cracks, hollowing, dust explosion, etc., the following methods and measures are adopted:

1. The mortar used in the plastering project should be mixed in strict accordance with the mix ratio.

2. The mixing ratio and consistency of the plaster mortar should be inspected before it can be used. The mortar mixed with cement or gypsum should be used up before the initial setting.

3. Strictly require and guide the construction in accordance with the norms and standards during the construction: find the square at the yin and yang corners, set the standard ribs, level up in layers, trim, and calender the surface.

4. Before plastering, the brick wall must be watered and soaked in advance.

5. When admixtures are used in the mortar, the amount of admixtures should be determined by experiments.

6. Lime paste for plastering is made with massive quicklime. It must be sieved with a sieve with an aperture of no more than 3mm×3mm and stored in a sedimentation tank. Maturation time: generally not less than 15 days under Shenzhen temperature, and not less than 30 days when used for covering. When in use, the lime paste must not contain uncured particles and other impurities.

7. For the corners of indoor walls, columns and door edges, 1:2.5 cement mortar should be used as corner protection, the height should not be less than 2m, and the width of each side should not be less than 5cm.

8. The pre-embedded pipe groove on the wall should be filled with 1:2 cement mortar mixed with 3% expansion agent, and the reserved hole on the wall should be filled with C20 concrete mixed with 3% expansion agent, and then plastered after nailing the wire mesh. .

(2) Plastering of outer wall base layer:

1. Grassroots cleaning:

Before plastering the bottom ash on the exterior wall, clean the remaining mortar, wood chips, and loose concrete parts on the surface of the base layer, and water and moisten it.

2. To fill the reserved hole on the outer wall:

(1) First, chisel off the remaining mortar, loose concrete blocks, stones, etc. in the reserved hole, chisel the two outer sides into an outer bell mouth, and wash it with water.

(2) Brush a line of cement paste with a water-cement ratio of 0.4~.0.5 mixed with 107 glue around the wall of the cave.

(3) The supporting molds on both sides fill the dry hard concrete with proper expansion agent and waterproofing agent.

3. Filling of screw holes in external wall:

(1) Chisel both sides of the screw hole into an outward bell mouth, and cut off the inner casing.

(2) Use 1:2 dry hard cement mortar mixed with appropriate amount of expansion agent and waterproofing agent to plug the holes.

(3) At both ends, plug the round steel of the corresponding diameter into the PVC casing (outside the water-stop tape) and the length is about 5cm.

(4) Seal the cut surface of the PVC casing with waterproof material, and then use cement mortar (incorporated with a proper amount of expansion agent and waterproofing agent) to fill up the bell mouth.

4. According to the design requirements, 10×10 chute should be removed at the junction of the shear wall and the masonry and filled with waterproof grease before the next process can be carried out.

5. External wall window frame plugging and surrounding practices:

(1) The gap between the door and window frame and the wall should be between 2.0~2.5cm. After the frame hole is rinsed, the silicone rubber should be used for caulking.

(2) The exterior wall window sill is plastered with inner height and outer height, and the inner window sill is 2cm higher than the outer window sill.

(4) Strengthen the inspection of the quality of aluminum alloy windows. All joints and screw legs should be coated with glass glue, carefully closed, and all gaps that may cause water seepage should be removed.

(5) After the above procedures are completed, perform a flush test, and if any leakage is found, rework in time until there is no leakage.

6. In order to prevent cracks at the junction of concrete and masonry, the 30cm wide barbed wire is hung at the junction between the concrete base of the external wall and the brick wall (the length of the overlap between the barbed wire and each base is 15cm each).

The plastering layer of the exterior wall should be firmly bonded to the base layer without delamination, hollowing, cracking, sanding, etc.
