Ghiott’s core product is Ghiottini, crisp almond Cantuccini biscuits.
We still make them according to the same 1953 recipe, created by Ghiott’s founder. In 2020 Ghiottini tightened even more their relationship to our territory, as they are now made with only 100% Italian almonds.

Ghiott Firenze was founded in 1953 in Florence by baker Enzo Salaorni, and it is still a family business, now at the third generation. This makes of Ghiott an example of modern entrepreneurship, which has been built on almost 70 years of artisanal experience.
