Q1. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A1:We are a manufacturer, providing OEM & ODM service.

Q2. Are your products conforming to our standards?
A2:Yes, our products can pass the testings as you require, e.g.: CE, RoHS, PSE, ETL,FCC, etc.

Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
A3:We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT. It usually takes 4-5days to arrive. By air,by sea are also acceptable.

Q4. How do you control the quality ?
A4:We control the product quality by IQC, three tests on production lines, and 100% aging testing before packaging. We are now apply for ISO 90001 and will pass ISO in three months.

Q5: Can I ask for samples before placing an order?
A5: Yes, a sample order is always welcome. Sample fee and freight are required but they will be refund in a future formal order.

Q6: What do I need to do if I want to print my own logo on a product?
A6: First, please send us your logo file in high resolution. We will make drafts for you to confirm the position, color and size of your logo. Next we can produce samples in different logo printing ways, for you to compare and choose. Finally after your confirmation we can start production of your customized product.
