Shandong Huajian Aluminium Group Co., Ltd is a comprehensive large enterprise group mainly integrating the R&D, production and sales of construction and industrial aluminium profiles and its related products, which is established in 2000 year, covering an area of 1870000 square meters, with more than 8000 staff, located in china biggest aluminium profile production base, Linqu county, shandong province. There are 72 extrusion lines with annual capability of aluminium profile 550000 tons. Till now our group has 20 member companies, mainly including four factories for producing aluminium profile, one factory for processing of aluminium window and door, one factory for making moulds, one factory for producing silicone sealants and one testing & inspection organization with CMA (CHINA METROLOGY ACCREDIDATION) certificate by CNAS. Our products are sold all over the world and China, over 40 countries and regions, with our good reputation and reliable quality.

Production Process
Mould
In order to improve the product quality and stability, and shorten the production time, we built our mould factory with advanced technology and equipment.
Raw Material
Our aluminium profile are produced with high quality raw material, the chemical composition complying with top standard to keep its nice purity.
Extrusion Line
We have 72 extrsion lines to ensure annual capacity above 550000 tons. Extrusion machine is controlled with computer, equipped with automatic traction machine, extruded aluminium profile with uniform texture and good surface. Extrusion machines range from 600 ton to 7500 ton.
Anodizing and Electrophoresis
Anodizing is basic surface treatment for good protection. Electrophoresis makes aluminium profile more beautiful and more durable.
Powder Coating and Fluorocarbon Coating
We have 27 powder coating lines and 3 fluorocarbon coating lines.
Common powder coating is a comfortable surface treatment with various colour.
Fluorocarbon coating ( PVDF Coating ) is more perfect surface treatment, its weather resistance is above 10 years.
Thermal Break
Our thermal break including using nylon thermal barrier strip ( PA66 ) and injecting glue. PA66 are all domestic and foreign famous brands to keep nice thermal break performance.
Wood Grained
Wood Grained combines classical and modern style, much closer to nature. Wood grain technology includes transfer paper printing, solid wood grain transfer printing, shavings wood grain, 3D wood grain, 4D wood grain and so on.
