Our tooling making machines, molding machines and inspection machines, 50% imported and highly precision will guarantee our products within spec and tolerance. ERP work system and mature quality management system make sure our production controlled and traceable.

What's your lead time for production? What will you do if we have urgent request?

Normally our lead time for production is 10-15 working days. If you have urgent request, we can coordinate and expedite our manufacturing to meet your request.

We will set up an team to resolve the quality issue and submit 8D report within 5 days. We will take the responsibility and provide rework or replenishment immediately if it's found the quality issue caused by our company.

What method have you made to control the raw material quality?

We order raw materials from world famous suppliers like Dow's, Dupont, Shin Etsu, EXXON etc. Our IQC will inspect the materials and test the properties including hardness, density, tensile strength and elongation, Tear strength, compression set etc and make sure materials are within specification. The materials are all complied with ROHS and REACH.
