ISO stands for ‘International Organization for Standardization’. The "9001:2008" designation is the ISO specified ‘Standard’
(benchmark) under which the Quality Management System is certified for a organization/company (in question). Since 2014, JANVI HERBS has employed a quality system meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 ‘Quality Standards’ for set custom packaging of essential oils and other allied products in their offered range of products.
2.What are my shipping options?
Famed freight carriers like DHL, Fed Ex and UPS are strategic shipping partners.
3.On what basis are shipping charges calculated?
All shipping charges are based on our heavily discounted ‘Ground rates’ prescribed by them. You may choose any of these or may also use their own shipping account.
4.Can I get my order parcel on my own shipping account?
You may choose to get your parcel delivered through your choice of shipping partner, with the entire cost borne by you. You may contact your partner freight carrier(s) for more details.
5.How do I track my order parcel(s)?
The moment your order parcel is dispatched for your desired intimated destination, an e-mail containing the details of the Freight carrier’s AWB Number (Airway Bill No.) or the tracking number, will be sent to you. Although, we keep our clients posted in the case of delayed deliveries, however, you may keep a track of your order parcel as well.
6.What is the TAT to receive my order parcel when my order is placed?
The moment your order is placed with us, it takes about 48 hours (read 2 business days) of processing time and post-dispatch it takes 4 to 5 business days to reach your doorstep.
7.Which all countries do you ship to?
We are into exports business hence the entire globe is our marketplace.
8.What is a Certificate of Analysis?
I case of Essential Oils, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is the caricature of the chief and main constituent components of the oil (being tested) including its appearance color, odor and some technical traits and properties. Certificates of Analysis differ from every product and industry.
9.Are any of your products tested on animals?
We respect and value ‘Life’. None of our products are tested on animals. Any toxicology or relevant information is obtained from reference research materials and the information available on the internet.
10.What is MSDS?
The Material Safety Data Sheet or MSDS provides detailed product information on physical and chemical data which is required for material handlers and emergency workers. The MSDS comprises of the Botanical name of the sourcing plant/tree, Extraction process, melting points, boiling points, flash points, reactivity and toxicity, first aid instructions, shelf life information and storage recommendations, disposal instructions, control measures, protective equipment instructions, and spill and leak procedures relate information.
11.Can I make changes to my order after I have submitted it?
Any changes in the ‘submitted’ order instructions are usually not allowed. However, as an exception, any ‘addition’ to the order can be requested under some terms and conditions. However, as an exception in rarity, you can request for a replacement with the equal valued item and its weight, though the management reserves the right for entertaining your request.
12.What if I wish to cancel my order after placing it?
Please refer to ‘Refunds’ section above. For any cancellations of the placed order, the refunds will be made after deducting the 30% restocking fee or a minimum of US$35, depending upon the order size and value. If delivery of an order is refused by the customer, the customer will have to bear the entire cost of return shipment, besides the 30% restocking fee or a minimum of US$35 to cover the cost of labor and packaging. On this, there can be no exceptions.
13.When will my order be processed?
Processing times may vary slightly depending upon the season, but in almost all cases your online order will get processed in maximum 48 hours (read 2 business days). For any unforeseen reasons or unavoidable circumstances, the customer will be duly intimated with the reason for a delay in the processing of order and an eventual delay in dispatch of same.
14.Will I have to pay taxes if I pick up my order?
As we are an EOU, Customers ‘picking up’ orders from our office facility in New Delhi will not be charged for any taxes unless the advance payment is already paid into our account and in the currency other than Indian Rupees. The taxes will become applicable for VAT, ST etc. if the payment is made in Indian Rupees (INR).
15.Do you accept verbal or faxed orders?
JANVI HERBS does not accept any order(s) received through fax and over the phone or communicated verbally. We always look for zero-error execution of the assignments and hence once the instructions are recorded in ‘Black and White’ it augurs well both for our client(s) and us.
16.What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through our strategic money-partner PAYPAL facilitated platform. One can simply charge his/her credit card or pay through his/her (individual or company account) PAYPAL account unto our PAYPAL account. Other modes of payment include e-checks (subject to realization of credit into our account), wire transfer through bank and Western Union money transfer.
17.Do you offer credit terms?
Being an EOU (exports-oriented unit) we work on 100% advance.
