At Shun Nam we are deservedly famous for our speciality, the Gold Label White Lotus Seed Paste. We use only the choicest lotus seeds from Xiangtan in Hunan Province, and only the finest peanut oil. We have constantly perfected the traditional art of optiising and preserving the delicate aroma of the lotus seeds, ensuring a flavour that is sweet but moderate, not at all oily but with a rich after-taste.
