FAQs Q: How to order the Labels for your product? A: We accept the file formats such as (Ai, CorelDraw, PDF, and Photoshop) and will send you the design proofreading; I will wait for your approval for the design and the specification of Packaging Boxes before the production.
Q: Do you provide the design service for customers? A: Yes, our designer can put your company logo, company information and image on the box template. We also can provide you the Label temple (Die Cut Line) according to the dimensions of your products and your product will fit the box perfectly.
Q: What’s the MOQ for the packaging box? A: The MOQ for Labels is 500pcs, if the quantity is less than the 500pcs; we are negotiable for the case.
Q: How long will it take for you to complete my order? A: Every job is different. Normally, it takes 7-8 days for mass production and 2-3 days to be delivered. It takes 2-3 days for sample card and 2-3 days to be delivered.
Q: How many surface finish process does your company have? A: We can provide you matte/gloss/soft touch lamination, Spot UV, Hot Foil Stamping (Gold, Silver, Rose Gold, Holographic, etc), Embossed, Custom shape die cut, Round corner, perforated line and Creasing line.
Q: What is the paper stock for packaging boxes? A: We usually use vinyl sticker, art paper sticker, clear transparent sticker and silver paper sticker for the labels , if you need specific paper materiel, you can let me know the name of the art paper.
