1. Where are your showroom and warehouse located?
We have showrooms in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), warehouses in Hanoi (Vietnam), Florida (US) and London (UK); so much of your purchase could be shipped from US and UK and arrive you in 3-7 days after purchase.
2. When can I get your quotation for my inquiry?
If the products are available at US and UK warehouses, the price and inventory are available for your instant purchase
immediately. If NOT, the products will need to produce and ship from Vietnam. The quotation will be ready in 24 hours after we got
your inquiry.

4. What is factory MOQ?
If the products are available at US and UK warehouses, NO MOQ for your instant purchase.
If NOT, we will need to produce and ship the items from Vietnam. So MOQ: 10-50pc/item and MOValue: 1000 USD/order.
5. Is product sample free of charge?
Sample fee and freight will be collected. We will deduct the sample fee from the official order once the official order is placed with MOQ of 50pc/item
6. How long can I expect to get the product sample?
In many cases the sample is available in US/UK warehouse, you could get the sample in 3-7 days. If not, we will send the sample from Vietnam, you can expect to get it in 7-14 days.
7. Do you do customers' design?
Customers' designs are warmly welcomed, in this case, you rights over the design are fully protected. In case you need our help in designing a custom product, our in-house designer team is always available for your use.
8. What’s your payment term?

9. How do you control the quality of the products?
Our local QC team and a verified quality assurance process to monitor our production stages. You are more protected with our return policy for defect items.

We take great care at our factory to minimize the chance of damaged or defective goods. But as handmade, fragile feature of our products and a result of long-way transportation, so occasional defects, breakage of products may appear. If you find a problem, please let us know with Video/ pictures, we will credit you for the unacceptable items.
