At Shun Nam we are deservedly famous for our speciality, the Pure Red Lotus Seed Paste. We use only the choicest lotus seeds from Xiangtan in Hunan Province, and only the finest peanut oil. We have constantly perfected the traditional art of optiising and preserving the delicate aroma of the lotus seeds, ensuring a flavour that is sweet but moderate, not at all oily but with a rich after-taste.

 

Available in these package sizes: 250g, 5kg.

Suitable for applications of: Mid-Autumn mooncakes, Longevity Peach Steamed Buns, Tangyum (Glutinous Rice Balls), etc.

About Shun Nam

In 1994, the company returned to the mainland Chinese market, and established the Shun Nam and continue to serve the greater larger numbers of customers with heart.

 

Shun Nam has been specialized in producing lotus seed paste for decades, its lotus seed products had been widely used in the local food making industry, also in some of the overseas market. we exteneded our paste products to more versions, more flvours over the years, currently Shun Nam had been delivering paste of these key flavours with great success: Lotus seeds paste, Cranberry Paste, Custard, Red Bean Paste, Pineapple filling, Black Sesame.
