It is pet based, both side corona treated and one side extrusion coated. thermal laminating film, Film has extrusion coated surface on PET Film with low temp. Melting resin, which enables the lamination of film to Paper products by heat and pressure .

Applications:
• For thermal lamination on rigid Box , cartons of cosmetics, perfume, wine, cake board, etc.
Special Instructions:
• Venus pet based thermal gloss film can be laminated with the temperature range 100 to 130 deg c. however the optimum conditions may be selected based on the lamination speed (dwell time) and dimensional stability.
• Please make sure that the printed surface is well dried before lamination.
• Strongly recommend to handle with care and cleanliness as it may spoil its look by rough handling, dust contamination and scratches.
• It is advisable to cool sufficiently one surface before proceeding the lamination to other surface.
