1. Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, we do have around 200 new styels on each season. Meanwhile, your own designs/sketches/pictures are welcomed also.
2. Can you make samples based on the pictures?
A: Yes, Our sampling room can make samples based on your pictures as well as detailed requirements.
3. Can you make samples as per original samples?
A: Yes, we can make samples exactly the same as original, also offer the best fabric solutions and give suggestions on styles.
4. What about your MOQ? A: Our MOQ is only 100 pcs per color per style.
5. I am interested in your items, do you have any in stock?
A: Please inform us the style No. After that, we will check it with our warehouse and come to you soonest.
6. How soon for a sample?
A: Ususally within 5-7days, but if every details is comfirmed, we could finish it within 3 days. The exact time depends on the workmanship.
7. Do I have to pay for sample?
A: Yes, sample fee is double charge based on quotations. And you could deduct this sample charge from the rest payment after you place the orders.
8. What about the lead time for production? A: Usually take 40-50 days, it depends on the fabric and quantity.
9. Do you accept L/C at sight ?
A: Yes, also T/T, or make the payment through Alibaba.
10. What's the best way to make shipment? A: Usually mass quantities use ocean shipping. The air shipment for the small quantity.

By default we pack each piece to individual polybag than to master cartons.
Customized packing could be supplied as per customer demands.
