1.Can you customize the product according to my requirements?
Yes. We will send you the price list in time according to your request.

2.what is your Moq?
Depentds on your design and products,usually the moq is 50 pcs.while we also can do smaller quantity for you.

3.Can i order a sample first before mass production?
Yes. 

4.Can i put my design logo on the items?
Yes.we can put your own logo on the items. We can also customize your logo,design for you.

5.How soon can i get a sample made
Sample time need around15days.Bulk time need around 30days

6.How can i get my goods shipped if i place the order to you?
Goods(for small qty)can be shipped via express (DHL,Fedex,UPS etc),it is door to door service.we also can be deliveried by Air or by Sea for large quantity.

7.What is your usual term of payment?
For small order value less than US$5,000.00, we need 40% deposit by T/T before production. For order value more than US$15,000.00, we can negotiate an appropriate payment method.

8.What's your packing styles?
1pc/poly bag first, then 10pcs/big poly bag, around 100pcs/carton, depends on product itself. lt's no problem to be packedas your requests!
