Three years ago, we tried to use the SWISSMAK 5 axis machine to produce our client's parts. We really recomondate this machine. Now we're one of the angents.

We have a close cooperation with SW In the research and development and improvement of the machine. We provide practical experience to the research and development department to make the machine more suitable for practical processing needs and reduce costs. Therefore, in the same class of machines, our machines are not only easy to use but also cheap.

 1.Axis Travels?
- Headstock travel (workpiece length) maximum is approx 220mm long with the 160mm 3 jaw chuck. You can double this length if your part fits between both chucks.

-The milling head vertical travel is 320mm, milling head cross travel is -78 to +125 mm

2.What is the total weight?
- Weight of the machine (without enclosure) is approx 720kg, weight with enclosure is approx 1000 kg.

3.Is the body made of steel?
- The machine base is cast iron, with hardened steel boxways. The headstocks are also solid cast iron. The harmonic
gears are steel, and the swivel head is aluminum.

4.Which materials can be processed?
- The machine can cut any metal, plastic, or wood. It cuts steel alloys just fine.

5.Can you process #45 steel, yellow steel or above steel?
- Yes, it can cut any steel.
