Wa Sato Japanese sugar is made by cooking raw sugar, which is the base of refined sugar such as white sugar and sanonto sugar, and retaining the flavor of sugar cane, giving it a mild taste.
We use 100% domestic sugar made from sugar cane grown in Kagoshima and Okinawa, where it is exposed to the tropical sun.
