Packaging & Shipping
For non Sterizied we do packing in 2 to 3 layers for making sure from any damage of instruments during shipping process.
Packaging 1
Each Instrument/Implant pack in poly bag /Zipper poly bag/blister packing or custom packing.
Package 2
Then all the packed items are put into small cardboards boxes. Finally Hard and big cartons are being use for being forwarded to Courier Company.
Package 3 (Optional)
We provide options Sterlized and Non-Sterilized. For Sterilzied Packing we follow all international standards.

Q. Do orders deliver same day when they are received?
We carry a substantial inventory in our place. All in stock orders received by 2 PM will be shipped by 4:30 PM. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you with delivery information. Average backorder fulfillment is within one to two weeks.
Q. Do you provide repair service?
Yes we do. We repair all brands of instruments. Turn-around-time is generally 7 working days. We will always call if an item is uneconomical to repair and offer special pricing for replacements.

Mode of Shipments: Primarily, our shipments are made via air-freight Like DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS, TNT etc. However, we can also ship by sea if requested by customer.
Stamps: We stamp our products as per client requirements free of cost and as decided during the ordering process.

Payment can be transferred directly to our Bank account of our company, details of bank account. Western Union, Money Gram.
Q. What are package detail of the instruments? A. All instruments are initially packed in poly bags and 12 pieces are packed in cardboard box finally packed in export worthy cartons. Maximum weight of each carton comes around 25 kg.
