The specific process flow is as follows:
(1) Manual feeding. when the feeding is finished, turn the table to the next station.

no product, then all the processing mechanisms on the following stations have no action. after the test, turn the rotary table to
the next station.
* if the product is detected, the first welding gun will preheat product 1, and the welding gun will be returned after
completion. will be transferred to the next station.

(4) The second welding gun welds the product 2, and the welding gun moves up and down. At the same time, the wire feeding
mechanism swings left and right to send the wire to the next position after welding.
(5) Nitrogen-filled protection will be applied after each welding.
(6) there will be air cooling at two stations and secondary air cooling (water cooling or air cooling can be selected according to
customer requirements).
(7) after natural cooling, turn the rotary table to the next station.
(8) Two products can be welded at one time.
(9) double wire feeding mechanism is adopted for each welding gun to make the solder more uniform.

Main Technical Specifications of Equipment
1) the brazing machine is in the form of "six-equal rotary table", which controls the flow and pressure of gas and oxygen in the
gas circuit system, so as to ensure the constant gas output from the nozzle of the torch and ensure the stability of product
quality. The equipment is multi-station structure, mainly composed of fuselage, fixture, preheating system, welding system,
cooling device, automatic nitrogen filling system, gas pressure regulating control box, electric control system and protective
device. Air and water cooling systems can be installed according to customer needs.

2) The wire feeding device uses disc brazing filler wire, and the brazing filler wire feeding process is stable. The filler metal
feeding speed and time can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the wire feeding length can be adjusted. The wire feeder is a servo motor
accelerator and decelerator. There are also two handwheels on the wire feeder, which can adjust the height and direction according
to the requirements, and can be easily adjusted when replacing the products.

3) the two welding guns also use stepping motor to adjust up and down, while the front and back of the welding gun can also
beadjusted.The upper and lower limit switches are set in the welding gun to prevent the collision and scraping of the gun caused
by operation errors. and the use of servo motor to carry out welding gun swing.

equipment adopts automatic wire feeding. after the workpiece welding is completed, wait for the completion of cold, manual
feeding.
