• From the second order: Our MOQ is 3pcs/ design for gold and 20pcs /design for silver products, 50pcs/ order.

3. When is gold price fixed?
The gold price is fixed when official order is confirmed (Once you pay the deposit).
4. Do you offer customized service?
Customized service is accepted. Besides, our design team can develop the designs from clients’ sketch. For OEM service:
• Customized fee is around $80 if HTJ creates 3D file.
• Mold charge is around $50 if customers provide HTJ with a metal master to make mold.
We will refund you the mold charge when the order quantity is more than 200pcs

5. Production lead time
The production lead time is 2-3 weeks upon receipt of deposit.

We accept payment by Bank transfer, PayPal, Binance, Western Union, Moneygram.
As the official order is placed, a 50% deposit is required. The balance must be made before shipment.

We use FedEx, UPS service for all shipments and shipping fee depends on final weight of the parcel, but min charge for 1kg parcel

Products with technical problems should be informed to us within 4 days after the receipt date. Clients can choose either
