Warabi Mochi Rice Cake Sticks


This product is not just rice cake but called "Warabi Mochi". It is not an ordinary rice cake, but is made from rare and valuable bracken powder (warabi=bracken in Japanese). Warabi mochi has a high water content and can quickly become moldy, so it is usually eaten within a few days or sold frozen or refrigerated. Due to the shelf life of the product, it is almost impossible to eat warabi mochi overseas. However, with our confectionery manufacturing skills, we have extended the shelf life of our Warabi mochi up to 90 days while maintaining the same taste and texture.
