A: We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce and sell our product by ourselves.
Q: Can you produce according to customer’s design?
A: Of course, we manufacture OEM, making design and pattern if you have any requirements.
Q: What’s payment term?
A: For mass production, you need to pay 35% deposit before production and 65% balance against copy of documents. The most common way is using by T/T.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Generally speaking, the MOQ is 8 pcs, but we can also produce the sample for your inspection. Q: Can you offer the sample for evaluation?
A: Yes, we usually send sample via UPS, DHL and Fedex, it take around 3 or 4 days. However, customers will be charged all the cost related to sample, such as sample cost and air freight. We will refund the sample cost when receiving officially order.
Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Lead time since receipt 35% T/T deposit payment is 45-60 days depend on the quantity. For sample, we will be prepared within 8 days.
