Q. I need the sample to check the product quality , what's your sample policy?
A.We offer free samples for existing items. Shipping cost to be paid by you.

For some products we might need to charge the sample fee, but that would be refundable at the time of order. Shipping Cost to be paid by you.

A. Yes, we offer customized services. You can share the detailed information about your requirement and we can work on your designs. 

Q. How about the products quality?
A. We have the strict Quality Control System, including raw material examination, quality inspection at every production stage to ensure best quality product is shipped from our factory.

Q. What is the production lead time ?
A. That would depend on the order quantity and the kind of product. On an average it should be between 20 - 30 days.
