Q2. How can I place order? - You can contact us through WhatsApp, WeChat, email or the enquiry box as shown at the bottom.
Q3. Is there any MOQ for each order? - We accept order for 1pc.
Q4. Can I customize my own design? - Yes, you can. We have our design team to provide the hand sketching as an initialized approval and will create the CAD accordingly. - We also accept to modify the gold color/ stone clarity / size/ design of our items.
Q5. Is it possible to do Logo Engravement? - Yes, please send us your logo in jpg or pdf for engraving.
Q6. What is your sample policy? - We can supply sample with sample fee and the courier cost.
Q7. How does your factory do regarding quality control? - Quality is our priority. Our QC team always attach to the great importance of quality controlling from the start step by step till the end. All diamonds will be checked under diamond tester before and after production.
Q8.How long is the production time? - Different products and quantities will have different procedures and its lead time. Generally, it takes a month upon receiving your deposit.
Q9. What are the payment terms?
- All prices shown are free on board (FOB) HK. A 30% deposit is needed to start production and you can pay the balance before shipping. If the order is less than $3000, a full payment is need in advance.
